Our lastest project is Dewa Phuket (www.dewaphuket.com) a 4-5 stars boutique resort and residential complex with 62 one bedroom & two bedroom apartment units sold overseas to the European market. The project began end of May 2007 and it is set to open on mid December 2008. Art Engineering & Construction Co, is the main contractor for structural and all interior finishes. Art Engineering & Construction Co, is also responsible as the main contractor for all subcontractors for M&E systems, elevators, landscaping and interior decorations.
